Not an place to work for professionals Graduate (Fresher) can join but only for year or 2 max Yearly increment 1500 No leaves No job security Toxic work culture and environment (women employee do not join) Expectation are way much more even from all employee in comparison to salary Insecurities among old employee is very high

Simply waste of time, worst attitude of murali, deba, making group of Orissa teams, no proper planning of each work. All Just eating ssf money & simply sitting

Dislikes

No safety, lots of political ego, no systematic procedure, working hours too high Evey day. No proper food even after debit from salary. Naps 12 hrs duty every day, no weekly holiday except govt holiday. Hiding current condition from MD. Use less fellow murali thinking like ssf Hero.

I was Sr HR EXECUTIVE in SSF dehradun from April 2024 to June 2024. Because of frustration I left my job without any job. It is the worst company that I haven't seen in my life in this company the junior doesn't have the growth l. I see many people's are coming and going within 6 months because of his work culture. In this company you did not get the increment that you want or expect

Company culture are very well settled, Audit Program and Training session are very impressive approch, Quality is most important other than every thing

Increament or position promotion depends on Manages mood , if they don't like you doesn't matter how will your work & how many time to give Company, only matter Management power
