Management is very poor and pathetic. No job security. I have worked more than 2 yrs with the organisation but they sacked the employees within a week without giving any reason. Every year company prepare list of employees to sack them. Managers like beer singh do not know how to talk with employees. At the time of termination company do not do F &F and do not even gives experience certificate. No one from senior management take actions against wrongdoers of managers , even MD also do not take any action.
