Extremely pathetic work culture Peons have more respect than the faculties No holidays No Saturday off, while on joining it was clearly stated that there will be 2 Saturday off No provisions for ML /SL and EL, only CL is granted SRM chennai’s name is attached so they easily bluff, entirely different work culture Peons and guards are praised and faculties are treated as sweepers Chamcha culture NO WORK ETHICS, director wants to terrorise the faculty members Surprise visits by director in the class, scold the faculty, fires also in front of the students That’s why students do not respect the faculty Admin people are running the organisation People at top were once the admin part so they mistreat faculty members many times Several events, faculties are kept in the campus beyond 5 pm, with no relaxation in next day timings No job security No grounds to fire a faculty...Read More
