I starting working with squard yard from April 2021. I was so happy that I got a Job as a Fresher Business Developer in Square Yard. Since few month later I realised that I had join the worst company in Mumbai. Working environment was so bad that alway pressurized their employer to achieve the target. The working hour was 12hr a daywith Monday weekoff. After giving resignation they hold my 1 month full salary as well as the 6 month half salary. Now it has completed almost 6month but the HR team are not giving any positive response from there side. So Guy I request you to don't waste your valuable time to work with square yard. Worst and the worst company who only hires people to use them. They generate sales and revenue from you and once you bring up some booking they gonna take away all your money along with salary and would kick you out of company without any reason. Be aware it's a BIG SCAM.

Terrible. They will tell you your salary will be 25k but after seeing offer letter at the Time of Joining I was shocked it was only 15K Per month.. If you achieve the target only they will give 25k Otherwise only 15K. No Petrol allowances. NoPropersalary
