We have vision less and aim less management currently . Regional head of Bangalore wre m Woking is totally biased and can never create a fruitful environment. We don’t know on what basis people gets promoted here . Today if bank offers VRS then min 300 people will resign immediately. The structure is very rigid and conventional with least option flexibility. Banks are forcing for sales but with no framed strategy...not at all a recommendable job I must say.
