Likes

Sony is the best workplace to work at. I liked almost everything here, my colleagues, team, food, big parties. They really hire qualified individuals. The technology they use is just so progressive and latest. They had somethings so unique and latest that it can make its competitors jealous. They gave nice work systems and other devices for testing like iPhone, iPad and VR device.

Dislikes

The team manager had very less knowledge about the technical stuff. He handled lots of departments but what these departments actually did, he must have zero idea about it. He wouldn't know things like AR features uses Machine Learning, etc.

Work Details

Work policy: 3 days/week from office

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
