Internal politics resource management group newcomers are first target by RMG group and will not allocate project because they are old in company, and they want only they allocate the people they know. 3. HR will support RMG not employee. 4. RMG is not efficient to understand your skill they don't even have proper communication they are just old in the company. 5.
