Nothing to like in this company. Only certain people get benifits other only workday and night.

Dislikes

Thing 100 times before joining. No fixed timings. Even working on nights will not get count. 8 hours considered even if you work day and night. No flexible timing. No appraisal on time. Favouritism at peak. No work life balance.

I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ? What should I do ? If I dont get relieving letter can I join other companies without relieving letter ? Should I ask them ?
