The work culture is good and even better if you are very comfortable in working under pre-defined process without any questions and change (thought the management might say they are and want to EVOLVE everytime thought you might not find any change from previous processes). Job security is good and if you are in software developmentteam(PSE) then you will be paid good and find it good though if you are in NOD (i.e. Networking, Ordering and Delivery) you will not be paid much as there is no technical work for this department people. You will end up downing follow up jobs and project management on higher levels but if want technical job you won't be happy in this department thought they as you for technical skills in Job Description (if you got hired in NOD then you will believe me). Rest the higher management is rude. But if you are ok with good pay (not yearly increment, it is low) and chill work environment and friendly culture with job security please you can join it....Read More

Not good appraisal and unresponsive higher management who will always try to show bright side of coin and do everything dark and meaningless
