Promotions and appraisals and variable .. it's a performance based promotion.. and management is never happy with the performance.. so very rare chances for getting promoted.. amount of variable you will get is only 20-25% of variable.. that too depends on your annual performance.. don't expect more than 30%

Company is no more worried about attrition and retaining good employees. Lot of ost cutting. No employee benefits life annual gifts, annual outting etc, hikes and promotion are also getting hit. No travel opportunity like before

Worst environment,Hardwork not been valued at all. No matter how much hardwork you do there will be no appreciation for it. At the end of year you will be given pre determined ratings instead of valuing your work. Manager's company nothing for new joiners or ygs . If you want to learn ,earn or upturn never join this company because none out of the 3 is present in this company
