It's a training oriented company and work on you skill development best for freshers
Dislikes
Too much politics, we are expected to have no entitlement attitude and work however at the same time they will promote people who have caused losses of over 20L to the company and who has been promoted 3 times already in the past year, pure favouritism and dictatorship that whatever the dictator says / Simon says should happen if you challenge it then u will be the victim of officie gossips and politics or will be labelled that u left because of money.
Please use some brains if money was the reason would have not joined in first place as you had offered 3L lesser than my existing package problem was wrong things are promoted here and that's not my way to work and so I was done
Also there is no system or process you are expected to work as an "ENTREPRENEUR" without enjoying and Rights
Everything they teach exactly opposite they do in the office
No proper handover / training was received by me and multiple things other that what was discussed on interview were handed over to me...Read More

This Feedback is noted. There is always 2 sides to a situation and as a reader of this employee feedback, it is unfair to just get a one-sided perspective and hence this clarification.
There is autonomy in working and a free hand given to Division heads to drive the business as an 'Entrepreneur'. They are selected with a clear indication to drive numbers, to achieve and exceed revenue targets, to create systems & Process and to operate it like a well oiled engine. But if numbers do not come / if targets are not met even after proper training and hand holding....and inspite of all, the employee is confirmed but not given a increment, i think it is just fair from a company perspective. Lastly it is always easy to blame the other side when one is at fault.
As an Organisation, we always follow what we teach and we speak from meaningful experience, which is incidentally our Core Value also. While the client loves us for it, the employees may not... That is the complexity of entrepreneurship. Rest I leave it to your fair judgement to make a wise call about your career at smmart. Anyone who has served smmart even for a day has got upskilled multi-fold.. That is a guarantee I can give as a stakeholder.
