There is nothing in skipper that a employee should like. If you are off roll in company.

Dislikes

There is nothing in skipper which we can like. Ya if you want to be harassed then join skipper. There is no culture only pressure on sales executive no one of senior go to market and want to tackle the problems of market. So my view is that instead working in skipper you should work in a shop of bania. One more thing about ur expenses there is no one responsible in head office for ur expenses. No one listen to u for expenses. U can be wait for three months also for expenses. But at end its so great company who dont care for his employees only care for sale. They dont know employees are the piller of any company....Read More

Large company but work culture very poor and all staff Non technical 8th standard & 12th standard They don't always allow educated people to work there.

Dislikes

The senior staff there work like a government employee 95% production staff is non technical and untrained, there is no job security at all, every year new staff is thrown out, they are forced to resign, there is no promotion at all
