Company ki Owner Soni SIng Rana CHOR hai. Wo employee ki salary bina wajah kaat leti hai aur kai baar deti bhi nahi hai. agagr aap ka koi self respect nahi hain aur aap ki chatne ki aadat hai, tabhi ye company join kare. Aur yaha jitne bhi 5 rating sikh rahe hain sabhi fake hain.

Worst organisation to work with, if you are planning to do so please I request not to fell in this trap, this is a pot hope. As you can see in many reviews that there is a lady, I want to let you more about that, she takes hand in project a day before and then pressurize her employees to deliver it within a day. Talkin' about the salary, it's in her blood to put salary on hold so that employee can work well this is reason she give to others. Boss behaviour not Gud at all as she understand herself as a god but Nothing like dat Even she has worst knowledge of the process unfortunately she is running a company but doesn't know anything & Blame to employees after doing single mistakes. Then fire to them & doesn't provide the salary ....so I would recommend neger join this company if you want growth

This place is hell for creative people, especially for writers. The owner has a mental health condition called NPD. She doesn't know anything but thinks she is like a god and tries to control employee like a circus ring master. Its best not to risk your future here.

I recently had a very disappointing experience from Silverline Dreams creation. The company's director and the HR of the company is terrible, and they were very unhelpful and unprofessional.I encountered several with my salary and job and despite numerous attempts to resolve them , the company was unable to provide a satisfactory solution. I was left feeling frustrated, unsatisfied and depressed because they had not given my salary of whole month not only this i was forced them to work without pay and the HR said to me to borrow money from home for my travel and basic need .i would not recommend Silverline Dreams creation to anyone, the behaviour of is worst of the director and HR , i mentally trouble very much in this company,i can't explain in words. THEIR WORK CULTURE IS GOOD AND I GOT MANY OPPORTUNITIES TO ENHANCE MY SKILLS. I GOT APPRAISAL LAST MONTH BASED ON MY PERFORMANCE. ALL OTHER EMPLOYEES ARE VERY FREINDLY AND HUMBLE.
