Everything is person driven not system driven, lots & lots of internal politics for appraisals, promotions. People at high places take bribe also from vendors which is either not known or ignored by the senior most management.

One of the worst MNC company. No top management support, No Line managers support, Anytime they can take action on employee without any prior notice. Don’t trust HR policies. While joining this company please check the background of company and culture. How they will check for employee background even employee need to check for BG.
