Noticed that nothing is there to learn, waste of time, money bcoz i have joined the company, as a marketing executive they provided system 20 days after joining didn't given the work to do, simply sitting above 1 month 10 days, i request them to give work Becoz i have exp of 5 yrs in previous company, travelling far from home and simply sitting at office thats look and felt very bad for me, at the end of the day i realized to resign the company. Compensation is decent, but growth slow. The work pressure is very high. Also there is no on-job training for freshers hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step which is a pain sometimes
