Work culture and job security is good in siemens. Company give us a great supports and provides us required resources (like.,N95 mask, sanatizer etc.) to fight with covid-19.

Dislikes

Salary is not so good and career growth is slow. Officially no job training is given to new joiners.

Day start lot of learning here and also colleague and Senior very helpful from day first, thay are very supportive and encouraging and very careful about safety and health, thay were arrange so many training session about safety, first aid and self development.The hardest part of the job is they are not giving opportunity to contract employees who serve company from 7 or 8 Years.
