Likes

The company is open to customers service in garment retail and give me chances to serve the customer at home. Give chances to travel in India at different places and locations for development of sales and business and training of staff members. Good point is that all the staff is responsible for the service and culture of the society in sales and good coordination with each other in staff.

Dislikes

The reason I meet with the accident in September 2014. I was unconscious in coma state for 6 months. I did not dislike the company. Company is very good.

Company is very good to work with. Company owners are very good and soft hearted ready to help the staff.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
