The company has a job security and works like a Lala company so you won't get professional environment here. However the most staff is of local vicinity and friendly.

Dislikes

Favouring bosses favourites people. People are promoted/Given appraisal not by their work but by being close to boss. Mostly relative. People are selected even before interview due to jack/acquaintances with seniors.. The interview is just for formality. People doing more work are given more work and people not doing work are being paid handsomely.
