Work culture is great. You can get tremendous scope in engineering point of view. Senior management is descent and supportive except corporate HR.

Dislikes

HR management very disgusting. You can't get benefits as per your efforts. Company (Corporate HR) does not think to retain candidates after resign even they performed extraordinary.

Female candidates are not given a chance to work on the production floor due to a 1:0 male-to-female ratio in the production department Assistant managers are rude and shout all the time, becoming soft in front of their seniors and changing their tone.
