Airoli HO is Good. There is free breakfast for all employees in HO. Salary comes on time. Learning programs are there every week.

Worst company I have ever seen. Management is poor. I have given resignation which was approved by my manager but still after 5 months they are not releasing my FNF. Sharekhan is just making fool of employees and their costumers.

I spent 14 years in the organization first 8 years was good, support, guidence was good, there was job security. But now everything chahed

Dislikes

Upper management is bothered. They don't know what to do. Instead motivating upper management is just hampering, presurising employees for targets. So I don't recommend new people to join this organisation. After 2016 organization is just handed over from one hand to others.

Toxic culture, favouritism and more over the managers are sitting beyond 15 yrs where they lack tech knowledge not willingness to change and lack of empathy and humanity.
