All there responsibility they gives there uder senior person and blame for wrong and if any good happenings take take their full credit without appreciating there senior and junior. Company is good but Only Internal Audit Department Head is Highly Micromanaging Cooking stories which does not exist and lying all the time and creating toxic work environment.
