They should change the top management so that every employee can give their full potential. Too much internal politics, managers having no experience how to manage the team. They are not at all hiring for top management so same old people only ruling the game.

Extreme mico-management, bad leave approval policies, HR is not cooperative and listens to only the board members, no 1-1 meetings with managers, they just like to pull the strings using other senior members, they are not ready to listen to problems of other team members, you will be called for meetings even during leaves. Don't work for Technavio, they are extremely toxic and 0 work-life balance. There is never ending list of perks at Infiniti. The infrastructure is ultra modern and maintained as well. Neat and tidy desk are given to the employees. We all sit together but there's is privacy even then. We also find it necessary to not overstep our boundaries to make others feel uncomfortable. These perks have made me very satisfied.

Dislikes

In my team, freshers have been added too. While some are really energetic and some need to buckle up.

I am the youngest employee in the team, My seniors are respectful towards me and motivated me to have my own opinion. At this office even if you are a fresher, you will be given the same respect that any experienced employee will get.

When I was new to his office, I was getting to know the processes. I was allowed ample time by the company for this. Then I started handling different work. Since I had a good understanding of these processes, it was simpler to manage the work. This company has a cool way of going about everything.

Later no work life balance, I don’t remember when was the last day I logged out after 9 hrs of my working hours. My working hour kept on stretching until it become normal and no compensation was given. Toxic culture, no collaboration between collegues and upper management. Sad that with lot of vision and promise it turned vice versa

Following an open-door policy, Infiniti Research has created a really awesome environment. Because of this policy, no one hesitates in clearing things up. The employees can freely talk about anything in their mind like any doubts or concerns. HR is too good at handling things. I find HR to be like a friend who is always there to listen me.

During the cold weather, the blower is turned which I don't find to be very comfortable.

The HR team really stands out, all because of its professionalism. It is dedicated to looking after what the employees need. I salute its dedication to constantly ensuring our satisfactions. The concern gets promptly addressed. Regardless of an issue being minor, it is not left unattended by the HR team.

While talking to some employees, I find communication to be a concern. Their responses are not clear enough which cause some confusion in work.

Because of the open-door office policy here, I am at absolute ease. This is the type of culture where I feel that I am listened to. If I have a few suggestions to make or want help with something, someone is always there for me. HR is the best at keeping things confidential.

Commonly, my day is spent happily at work. In a workplace like this one, all the comforts are superb. This is why my work day is so great. My work desk is quite big, comfy and personalised. Several rooms are there where I can work in solace if I want to. Usually, nothing distracts me but I can still use these rooms for more space.

Amenities such as complimentary snacks for the staff are nice. A space for recreational purpose is also there. We play games almost every week to take a break from work. Outings are planned for us at times. Then we go out for meals, sponsored by the company. There's is nothing really that is lacking here.
