Sometimes I feel overwhelmed by the workload at Shalimar Corp. Also, I think there should be more opportunities for promotion in the company. Salary and benefits are not as expected.

Worst management, no one from head office is looking at projects or site. no facilities to the Site staff , projects staff selection are based on nepotism. Only family members can survive. Abusive language of higher management.

I like only the salary timing which was in time and accomodation for engineers.

There is no such working culture of any work,no good atmosphere for working,no value for engineers.Only partiality is there,no senior co operation is there,you only able to work if you are referred by any higher most seniors,no job security is there,much more mental harrasment is there.
