No bonus or any other benifits for staff employees. Company treated it's permanent workers like VIP Guest but when it comes to staff engineer or shift engineer it's totally reverse. Company don't care about shift engineer. Exepet salary there is no any other benifits.No bonus. When it's comes to increment terrible.....
