Following Department/people/things which needed to run a site was missing when I was working: 1. Quality Engineer & supervisor 2. Safety/EHS officer 3. MEP engineer and supervisor 4. Security Supervisor 5. Admin 6. Office boy 7. Quality Labs 8. Soft copies of Drawings 9. Work flow chart 10. SOPs 11. Deadlines 12. Lift 13. Clean proper washrooms 14. Work order copies to understand nature of works 15. STORE keeper/ incharge Etc etc list is soo long.. No one is happy to work on site, except some chele who sits ideal on site and do boss giri. Think thrice before joining in execution department. Other departments might be good. Also, HR was extremely Rude and non co operative, idk about the present HR. Few years ago the company was good... but since last couple of years it's gone from bad to worse.. No increment and not even festival bonus.. only saving grace is that the salary comes on time. Very bad working atmosphere. Lots of internal politics. Very poor work culture. Boss is a gem of a person but people under him are very noncooperative.. Lots of unnecessary stress.
