IT IS GREAT EXPERIENCE TO WORKING AS A DESIGN ENGINEER IN SEALLENCE. BASICALLY THEY ARE PRODUCING WINDING MACHINE . LIKE LINEAR WINDING MACHINE,CT COIL WINDING MACHINE, INSULATION PAPER CUTTING MACHINE, WEDGE PAPER CUTTING MACHINE,WAVE SOLDERING MACHINE AND SOME SPECIAL PURPOSE MACHINE. THIS COMPANY START WITH FOUR PEOPLE.NOW THERE ARE 8 MEMBER INOUR COMPANY.

As per my point of view lack of space for during assembly.

Currently I am working as a design engineer.Our senior given some projects to me.like wedge paper cutting machine, pneumatic pressing machine, ceiling fan coil winding machine. Also we worked as team and got success in that projects

I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ? What should I do ? If I dont get relieving letter can I join other companies without relieving letter ? Should I ask them ?
