Poor job security. In my short span of almost 3 years I have seen 3-4 rounds of headcount reduction (lay offs) globally. I have not seen any salary increase but experienced salary reduction for 6 month globally.

Flexibility of work timings/days. No work at Seagate, just enjoy a happy life if you are good with your manager. You can get stocks, bonuses, out-of-cycle promotions, and everything else. People get to admire, those who are good at talking.

If you are working hard, be careful you will get fired. No clear directives from management. Obsolete technologies have no value in the job market. Those who join last will get fired first - Be careful in that aspect too. Sense of insecurity all the time.
