No growth, even new joiners are getting almost getting experienced person salary, due to company policy, person who is joining now they are good to go, but growth have to rethink.

I am working in shifts rotating every 3 months. Morning, afternoon and night shifts. Slightly affects for some days while changing to night shift. Company and managers are friendly and support in any occasions.

Compensation & Benefit standards of company are really great & above average in the market.

No hike. You'll get hike only if you get promotion. No recognition. No cultural & people values (all these are only in papers for show off). No transparency in policies. Most of the policies are to be believed by just word of mouth by HR or any Managers without any reference.

Work Details

Not great. All depends on your manager. But company policies & targets itself tells you to give 9hrs of production (excluding breaks & Non-production activities). Even your idea proposal & executing them are also included as Non-production hours.
