All bangalore / Indian team are all slav____ to HQ / Korean team. All leaders are from Korean team. No leaders allowed to control anything. Even if become director / VP, you don't have any control here. Koreans have kept Indians like slav---- Unnecessary work pressure. No software quality. Everything is hidden. It is hire and fire company. somehow they will do the buisness by giving offers. After sometime it will not work . Don't join samsung anywhere in India. Brand value. Good salary. Too much politics. Everybody is pulling each other legs. If you are an IITian you should definitely join samsung. You will enjoy here. You will get the retention bonus, favourism and no need to work. You can prepare for competition with extra money.
