Work environment is good and food in cafeteria is average, salary hikes are worst and don't expect a growth in this company

There's no growth in this company and average salaries and there's no bond so you should learn and switch to other companies for your sake.

Work Details

Job is quite interesting, there's so much you can learn, friendly environment and above all my manager is good and apart from that there's not much to say about sakshi.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
