Good environment and supportive team members. Even though the company is target oriented there is not much pressure on the employees on day to day activities.

Dislikes

Management's inefficiency to identify potential employees & hand over some responsibilities to every employee on their work levels. Difficult to climb the internal hierarchy ladder.
