As a trainee there is a lot of scope in learning new technologies like java, html,css,c# etc.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

The company is good to work for the lives of the comforts.I am working from home they have provide the facilities needed to work in home like(Chair,Table,etc).The Company also gives Covid- 19 Insurance which is useful in case.

Dislikes

Compensation is OK,but growth is slow.Managers do not value and individuals unique strengths,which is why i have to take back my suggestions most of the times.I do receive appreciation emails from my client,but they mostly go unnoticed during the appraisals.This company works for those people who are developed in software Politics.No Proper reorganization of talent.

You will have plenty of time since there are very few projects.

Dislikes

The company being an older one still doesn't have many projects. The management doesn't have proper vision and still sticks to the old protocols. If you want to achieve progress in your career stay away from this company.
