Lot of politics ,They will brainwash your mind and Retain you till long term after brainwashing you mind that there is no compersion of safexpress and when they see that they do no have any requiremnt of same person ,They will silently lay off you ,Now they are laying off old employee ,Even they are not evaluating wheather that person is working good or not ,They only lay off the person by Threatening so that person himself resign from job . Now a days they are not good Kind of culture...your manager will assured you that he will Let you good hike ,But after 3 years they tell you to resign .seriously ye log apna dhnda bda rhe h employee ko jab paise bdhane ki baat aati hai to kehte h humko banda ni chayiye ....even kaam krte bande ko ye bol rhe h ki jao humko banda ni chayiye ........or manager yha ke aise hi ki ,Jooth bol kr khud badh rhe h ....for example,Agar aap client le kr aaye ho to aapke samne RM ko bolega sir me laya hu.....seriously yha kr RM ko kuch b ni pta ki uske naak ke niche kya kya ho rha h branch me ......ye aache bande ko tikne ni dete or ghtia bande manager ban ke baithe hai ....or whi ghtia mamager inki company ko ab paar lgyenge dekhna ...kyuki ye aache isano ke sath galat krti h company ,Jo dusro kr sath galat krta h uske khud ke sath ek din galat hota hai .......Read More
