Few Teams are not worth joining at all as they are very partial and biased about everything and also they do not have that confidence on themselves so they blame juniors for everything even after juniors giving their 100% efforts. They could never get satisfied with the work!!

While the work we do in Ryan is highly valued and critical I think the scope of work given to the team members can be expanded and to open new opportunities. An amazing company to be part of and very happy working here, opportunities to learn and grow is massive. All the employees are treated fairly and equally and also company provide great benefits to its employees. I really feel I wish I would have joined here prior only.

Pay structure is good not worst but compared to market I feel they need to work a bit and focus on this area.
