It's suitable organization for freshers. You can learn a lot about the products and standards. You'll get field knowledge.

Dislikes

It's worst company interms of people management. Very low Berks and benefits. Worst timing. Don't have the knowledgeable people to lead. Working time is more without any compensation or benefits.

Work Details

Technically may be good to learn a lot with help of colleagues as well as management. There is proper training session. You have to learn everything on your own interest. Work and life management is very poor. Kindly forget your family during the employ.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
