No Job security. highly changing of leadership mindset. No mental as well as professional growth. Vision to grow organization along with employees are not found. selfishness shows. salary having part of variable and people never getting their variables due to non feasible targets given by the owners and always getting less paid than deserve. internal communication is pathetic. listening to the limited people and make trust on their fake inputs and actions taken by the owner....Read More

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
