No issues about job security. Even in lockdown, not a single layoff I heard of from RITES. It's a service provider miniratna psu in the varied field like projects, export, quality assurance etc. Scope for growth is ample. But leadership is a little old school as all the bosses in various zones have come from railways only. Like many other PSU issue of politics is there. Some unworthy people have their way most of the time. Lazy & Inefficient people not being addressed or taken into account for reform.

Work Details

Ample time for personal and family purpose. Leaves are never a problem. Work is a little bit redundant but still more or less interesting.
