Their HR departmen is mere tool in management hands, inter department communication is pretty bad, ultimately employees are who has to suffer badly. No background checks for the employees, so many featured employees are with fake experience. I believe management knows this and uses this to their leverage Significant portion will be paid as variable pay and no escape from this, managers and leads literally blackmail employees to get their way. I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
