Opportunity to learn from smart people across the globe. I work in India but work closely with diverse teams. Salary is good.

Dislikes

Horrible culture. Does not promote meritocracy, making people feel insecure and belittling at every opportunity. It is a lonely journey where everyone is trying to throw the other person under the bus. Senior management has no idea what they are doing, India CEO has no product strategy or no constructive input. Worst place I’ve worked in my career.
