They fire employees at any point of time as per their own whims n fancies. They keep on changing their KPI parameters almost every month and then they judge employees performance accordingly n take decisions about their fate in the company. They never consider the sincerity of a candidate rather judge on their own set robotic parameters which are very erratic, whimsical and illogical at times. One has to work with the full mental preparation that his or her job can go at any point of time. They don't give any hint before termination, they simply call a HR meeting just one or two days prior to their decision to remove the person and then HR comes for 2-3 minutes just to let u know the decision and then your TL will give you some ridiculous excuses behind your termination and the game is over. The foreign team members were very helpful. Within few months I made connections with so many of them, easily approachable. They would also help us if we are stuck and guide how to grow within organisations.

In Jan 2024, I guess Indian management was introduced within company, which led to treating of customer support domain employees poorly. Leaves not getting approved, multiple hirings and firings, not so easy KPIs to accomplish and reduction of NSA from 200% to 50%.
