I worked there around 3 years but I didn't feel that something is good here.

There are many things which is not good in this company. First management is very very poor. HR and other higher authority person are not much supportive in any situation.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact I am part of a team that works on different markets, with high quality and has a global impact. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

Managers do not value an individual's' unique strengths, which is why i have to take back my suggestions most of the times.

compensation is decent but the appraisal is a bit biased. Though TEAM outing has been suggested none has been done yet. working is quite difficult and tiresome at times so leave should be given on SATURDAYS. that will ensure the enthusiasm and quality of work.

The structure of the company is well built. Very few high-level employees are good in nature.

No stability of anything, Everyday rules are changing according to feasibility of the management Change job timing as per their own mood, just like tuition classes and They will treat you like studen.Not following any safety precautions for covid-19.they don't have a manners to treat their employee. not take leave if we have a leave balance and take a leave (sick leave) so thay ask about every documents if we have normal fever and if we not given prof they ask to apply leave without pay.
