Worst Company to work for nothing I can mention wouldn't recommend anyone to join this Lala company.

No work life balance you have to work for 12-14 daily Waste 3 hrs of your day in morning meetings so that employees don't complete their on time and strech You have to attend client calls post log out hrs failing to do so will get you termination letter Owner is very unprofessional puts on PIP for silly and useless reasons TL's and Managers are useless It's a Lala company HR is also useless they support a work environment where you should work 24/7 without having any personal life If you are seeking work life balance then better don't join this company....Read More

Nothing is likable here. You will feel depressed all the time.

Dislikes

The CEO is horrible, the most arrogant, disrepectul person ever. No job security. They won't value your opinion. Just be an robot if you want to work here. Be always ready to take Insults in person and in front of whole office. You can't leave this office even if your notice period is over. They won't let you go untill they find your replacement.

No work life balance you have to work for more than 12-14 hrs Useless HR Purva Dhuri gave me absurd gyan that to become successful you have to slog out for more than 15 hrs. If you have completed your work and you are chilling in your non working hours then you are useless person as per Purva Dhuri. It's such a shame that a HR manager is giving this useless gyan. This proves HR doesn't support work life balance which is next level bad you don't expect such answers from an HR. They waste 3 hrs of your time in morning meetings so that no one completes their work before log out time and they stech and do overtime. Exploitation is at its peak here Owner of this company is unprofessional he puts you on PIP for silly reasons so there is no job security at all.
