you learn to be a slave to the director, you learn to do his work like looking after his court cases, you have to look after his property rental agreements, and you have to coordinate with the tenant to pay his personal property rent. You learn to work as his personal assistant as well !!!! and main thing you learn is to do most of your job in the least of payment !!

1)You are very easily replaceable 2)The company directors Mr. Varun Patel and Ms. Namrata Sachan treat employees like trash, inappropriate words are used by them, and they fail to take responsibility for their own wrongdoings and find ways to escape things that they need to take responsibility for as seniors and management. 3)They fail to provide the necessary work assets for the company. 4)if you join here be ready to get insulted in front of everyone may it be your colleagues, clients or third-party vendors, verbally or by mail! 5)Being and HR you have to work as if you are a slave to the company they will ask you to do endless nonsense work. 6)You have to beg them endless times to give approval for anything 7)Ms. Namrata Sachan thinks she is a GURU of every technology ever invented as one has to get HER! approval on every single email, job post, calling to buy Toilet Paper for office use! 8)The company lacks a sense of mannerism and, a basic sense of corporate office, fires employees on the very same day, without notice, and even in 10 mins! -if you are an ethical person with some dignity avoid joining this company until and unless you are left with no option! otherwise for all others, you are welcome....Read More
