First of all people here don’t have any idea on promotions. Nothing is organised here and every petty task is being implemented manually. Manager does favouritism and there’s no one to check this.. specially in Reliance Trends within Reliance Retail, people are too much toxic. They do not have any knowledge and have grown from beinga store manager to a chief manager in the Head office and does all unprofessional things. Company as whole provides everything. But Hr doesn't care about employee.they r busy in their daily breakfast lunches. No discussion at all with people.
