Reliance as a company is good. Higher management of Ajio business have made the culture toxic. Every hour they will ask you and your team to put paper. They have made a world class company's culture a toxic company. I joined considering the brand name. Every hour manual reporting. They will behave like dogs with you. They are way below than startups. Negative, un educated, incompetent state analytical leads will make your life hell. HR rules are world class. Only the higher management to blame for all there toxic environment. They will take you to manage people but ideally they will ask a 10 years of exp person with PGDM and a pakage of more the 12 lac person to do QR scanning and thankless 10th grade job. Literally fade up with the management. Not recommended at all for Ajio Business. If anyone reading this from the Ajio Business HR team, please look in to this.
