As per working culture company is very good, but as per person growth or promotion is there no benefits for ground level employees.

Working in RedBull such like a great achievement it self.Relation with colleagues and bosses are Also good,bosses lives with him like a friend this thing a made RedBull different,Job also safe in RedBull,Career growth is possible but have to pass the time with the company,Redbull pay highest salary to his employees in fmcg industries,Working style of RedBull is awesome.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
