The company used to be competitive with multinational company culture till Dr. Jain (Founder and M.D.) was alive but now it is becoming truly a LALA type company and there is no job security for any one and the work culture has become worst especially for sales people. Many old employees have left the company after Dr. Jain (M.D.) passed away on 31.03.2019 as the new M.D. (his son) doesn't have faith on anyone except one or two people and all decisions are taken by some one who doesn't have any knowledge. Yes Ratna sagar have some good side also. They provide salary on time. This is the best part of this company. The director of this company is very humble person. He understand the problem of employees if he get positive notes from chief editor.finaly you get every pending dues from company when you leave this organisation. Thats it. This is how i like Ratna sagar.

Dislikes

All managing editors are big politician they prefer to gossip and smear the boss more than work. Also very unorganised project manager you found here. No any fix time to go back home its may be midnight sometimes. Chief editor is very rudely behave with employees. This is the good example of LALA company.
