A very Good Company, but need more concentration on employees, I m not here to judge the work of an Organization, I knew many peoples are Experienced and talented in company. Need some technology to develop the retail and wholesale markets issues, total market is unaware of the product Native Haat". Only a one Trainer cannot teach everyone, company had to focus on the issues faced by retailers, Mostly company shud open a branches of Rasna at every place key areas of the states, Distributor are not required. Company is totally depend on Distributor. Which is totally not fair, retailers keep credits and Distributor cannot afford for long time asking credit Bill's, Change in Applications, when a Employee is marked attendance opening app, he had to do all productive and non productive calls by app. At the end of the when he gets logged out, he must get an email of total sum of amounts to his Email. Totally Unprofessional, office atmosphere and infrastructure is pathetic, zero energy team, arrogant and mentally sick Executive Director Mr. RK Pinjani, I was there just for a month and observed a toxic environment, Mr. Pinjani has zero knowledge of exports and international business….Moreover I would also like to inform that if there is not much business as expected for any particular month Mr. Pinjani ask the HR to deduct 2-3 days salary from the entire team members(excluding Pinjani) for that month. ATTRITION IS VERY VERY HIGH PEOPLE DONT STAY MORE THEN 2 TO 3 MONTHS DUE TO THE WRONG ATTITUDE OF THE MD WHO DUE TO SUPPORT TO HIS SON MAKES LIFE OF OTHERS TERRIBLE.
