Raps consulting is fake and fraud company. They are doing fraud with the employees. Worst company ever. I won't recommend any one to join this company. All the positive feedback is Given by current employees, bcoz company has begged to them. Lots of internal politics, Lot of nepotism. Hire & fire policies. No proper management. No proper policy, they can hire you and terminate you anytime without prior notice and without any reason. And won't pay you your salary as well. At the time of hiring owner will be very sweet with new joiners whenever he plans to terminate anyone he doesn't care about employees. Will cut all the communication. You will get the threats within the company from employees who are near n dear to senior management related to job. If you are shoelicker or someone who knows how to do buttering or if you are someone who is a family member of Raps employee who is at good position in this company only these type of employees can work here rest everyone can be terminated and get insulted anytime. No growth no salary hike. They can back out anytime from their own wording after giving in written. Raps give priority to nepotism, family relations and shoelicker employees. Fake company with no moral and no policy. They keep changing their policy everyday and no one follows the policy here even management itself do not follow the policy and employment laws. I won't recommend anyone to join this company. Do not waste your time by joining this company you will get much better company than this. Unfortunately Google don't have option to give negative rating otherwise I would have rate them in negative. So I am giving 1 star. I wish I could give Raps rating like minus 0. They laid off all the employees during the covid-19. No prior notice nothing. But yes they were providing salary on time and 5days working environment

Dislikes

They should give employees enough time to develop and understand new skills and job opportunities. They should not judge on in jst 1-2 months. Plus they laid off the employees once the lockdown started.
