There is good work environment and culture. All are Supportive and the management is good. There is large number of places for chilling.

Dislikes

Salary is not good and Career growth is also very Slow. There is not a environment of work or all the works are done at end of the due dates. In this type of the Pressure nobody can work at this environment. The proper training is also not given to previous or new trainees.

Work Details

This job is interesting. I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt lots of things on the job.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Hello ,I hold bachelor degree in mechanical engineering 2019. With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition! I’m looking for career shift Help will be appreciated. Current role Project engineer handling projects related to environmental compliance. FYI
